Coaching
Coaches are the lifeline of every sport. And we are beyond grateful for the many coaches who have stepped up over the years. Our league depends on our volunteers to help get things done, to help teach our players and to bring all the patience, enthusiasm and hard work that goes along with it. Not everyone wants to be in charge, and there is plenty of room for assistant coaches and team helpers and organizers.

CODE OF ETHICS
• All coaches will encourage good sportsman ship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials at every game.
• Coaches will place the emotional and physical well-being of all players ahead of a personal desire to win.
• All coaches and players have the right to play in a safe and healthy environment.
• No coach will exhibit an attitude where they are belittling their own players, opposing players, or officials.
• No coach will deliberately incite unsportsmanlike conduct from his/or her players, parents, and spectators.
• Coaches and players will not use abusive or profane language at any time. Managers, coaches, players, parents, and spectators will absolutely refrain from swear and curse words in front of all players.
• Coaches will uphold all rules and regulations regarding North County Fastpitch Association.
• Coaches will except all decisions made by game officials as being fair and impartial. Nobody is perfect and all decisions will be made to the best ability of officials.
• North County Sports Complex is an alcohol, drug, and tobacco free facility.
• Coaches will remember that the game is for youth not adults or spectators. A coach will do their very best to make this season fun for all players.
